What it does

• On-device AI, end to end. Speech recognition and report generation run locally on the physician's machine. Patient data never touches a server — which is what makes the GDPR story simple instead of scary.
• Polish medical dictation. Tuned for the vocabulary, abbreviations and phrasing of real ultrasound practice — free-form dictation in, structured report out.
• Built around the whole practice, not just the doctor. The assistant has her own desk: a live day board with the patient queue, one-click patient hand-off to the physician, and finished reports printing at her station while the examination continues.
• Runs on the doctor's own hardware. Full quality on Apple Silicon Macs (M2 minimum, M3/M4 recommended); a CPU-only Lite mode covers ordinary Windows laptops. No GPU farm, no server room.
